Do T-shirts run big or small?

All T-shirts run true to size, if you are unsure about your size we suggest ordering one size larger than your normal size.

How long does shipping take?

We use Priority Mail through USPS. Shipping can take anywhere from 5-7 business days after your order has been received and processed. We will confirm once your order has been received and send a tracking number once your order has been shipped to you.

Can I iron the T-shirt?

You can iron the T-shirts as long as you do not iron the printed logo. Ironing the print logo can cause design deformation and can ruin the product. Please read neck label for instructions.

What is your return policy?

Really Rad accepts returns on the following items: - Unopened CDs, LPs, and tapes - Unworn and unwashed apparel All returns must be made within 60 days of receiving an order. Please contact and we will provide further instructions to start your return. A note about Postage Costs: we cover shipping costs only if you were shipped an incorrect item or your purchase is damaged/defective.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind about a purchase?

If you need to swap a size or have changed your mind about a purchase that you have already received, no worries, we totally understand! Here's what you'll need to do: - Follow the instructions listed above for returns. - Place a new order for the preferred item or size at your convenience. Have additional questions? Does Really Rad offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items?

First of all, we're so sorry for the inconvenience! Secondly, yes, we absolutely offer exchanges for incorrect or damaged* items! Please contact and we will do whatever we can to fix the issue for you as quickly and painlessly as possible. *Items purchased during the annual Garage Sale are often discounted because of superficial damage - these items are typically not eligible for an exchange.

Will Really Rad accept my band's demo?

The volume of demos we were receiving far outweighed our time and ability to listen to them. To be fair and not waste your time and materials, we are no longer able to accept unsolicited demos. Please note: this includes e-mailing links to your Soundcloud, Bandcamp, or page :-)

Can I work/intern for Really Rad

RR staff tend to stick around so we don't often have open positions available, but when we do, job/internship openings will be posted here.

I am a writer/magazine/web publication, how can I get promos?

If you are a freelance writer and are contacting regarding a print magazine, the best way to get in touch is to e-mail and let us know which publication you are writing for. We have a limited number of promos and receive an exceptional number of requests, which does not allow us to fulfill all promo requests. Please do not be offended if we cannot fulfill your request.
